R.E.A.L. Therapy is a subsidiary of BCG and has an excellent reputation for offering confidential assessments, counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to vulnerable populations including individuals, couples and families who suffer from substance abuse, grief, trauma, and other emotional well-being problems. We also provide individual, couples, pre-martial and marriage counseling.

While serving as Deputy Chief of the Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic and Chief of Resiliency and Psychological Health Service at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center from 2009 to 2016, Dr. Buckingham was given the title of “The Empathy and Resiliency Doctor or The E. R. Doctor” by his professional colleagues for provided executive coaching to senior leaders and leading his team in conducting resilience trainings for over 7000 military, civilian and contract personnel.

In addition to being the CEO of BCG, Dr. Buckingham also serves as a community advocate, keynote speaker, and business coach to entrepreneurs.

R.E.A.L. Horizons Cleaning Solutions (RHCS), a Buckingham Consulting Group Company, is a family operated business that provides specialized and high-quality residential and commercial services. For more than 30 years, RHCS’ Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ms. Alma Pettis has worked on the front-line leading and managing hundreds of cleaning crews at Busch Stadium, a 46,000 seat retro-style ballpark and home of the World Champion St. Louis Cardinals.
