Empathy-Driven Leadership

A PROVEN MODEL FOR ENHANCING MORALE AND INCREASING PRODUCTIVITY

Through our Empathy-Driven Leadership course, leaders enhance their empathy skills and learn how to develop healthy and productive relationship with their employees.

At the end of this two-day training course leaders will be able to:

    1. Identify the three most important workplace factors that influence employee performance and organizational success

Empathy-Driven Leadership

CERTIFICATION COURSE (TRAIN-THE-TRAINER)

The Empathy-Driven Leadership facilitator course is an in-depth three-day training that introduces leaders to the theoretical and practical application of Empathy-Driven Leadership. Leaders apply The Skills of Highly Empathic Leaders throughout the course and receive instructor and peer feedback in a safe compassionate environment.

Leaders must attend all three days in order to become certified.

Day 1 – Understanding Empathy-Driven Leadership

Day 2 – Applying Empathy-Driven Leadership

Day 3 – Facilitator Training

Upon completion of the train-the-trainer course, facilitators will be authorized to deliver Empathy-Driven Leadership within their organization.

Our Masterclasses

We offer more than 30 customized leadership development classes ranging from emotional intelligence to strategic thinking. Our masterclasses are designed to enhance your teams’ knowledge and elevate their performance. The masterclasses are created based on adult learning principals, bloom’s taxonomy of learning, and are facilitated by certified instructional designers. These certified instructional designers understand the importance of creating interactive learning experiences through the use of case studies, role playing, and participant teaching.

Leading Change

Change involves making things different. Some people embrace change and grow from it while others despise change and try to avoid it at all cost. Change that occurs involuntarily can create ambivalence and lead to only external superficial change. Superficial change involves doing what needs to be done, but it does not lead to real change.

At the end of this 1.5 hour masterclass leaders will be able to:

    1. Demonstrate strategies for promoting a climate for change
    2. Recognize and apply models of change most appropriate to specific change situations
    3. Gain and sustain the support of others to accomplish organizational goals
    4. Demonstrate strategies for facilitating successful organizational change
    5. Demonstrate strategies for overcoming resistance to change

Our Membership Program

Our annual membership program is intended to provide on-going training and support to leaders who like to enhance their knowledge and skillset through continual learning. Our membership program is ideal for senior leaders, middle managers, first-line supervisors, first-time supervisors, and inspiring leaders.

MEMBERSHIP FEES:
