ICF ACC Level 1 Pathway – (70-Hours)

Live Course Dates:

• Fall Cohort – October 6, 2026 – January 19, 2027
  

All Classes are Held Live via Zoom

Tuesdays – 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST

Our 70-hour structured ICF Pathway certification course was designed specifically for individuals who want to meet the education and training requirements for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

The curriculum offers a blended learning approach, synchronous (real-time) virtual instructor-led sessions, and asynchronous (outside of real time) interaction such as reading, writing, journaling, and other self-paced activities.

• 40 hours of coaching education (real-time/synchronous)
  Live Training via Zoom every Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST
• 20 hours of coaching education (out-of-real-time/asychronous)
  Homework, Independent Study: reading, writing, journaling, practice coaching and 50 Question Certification Examination.
• 10 hours of Mentor Coaching
  Receive coaching on developing your coaching skills based on the ICF Core Competencies over a 3 month period (7 group hours and 3 one-on-one hours)
• 1 – Performance Evaluation
  Written feedback on an observation of a coaching session that lasts between 20-60 minutes.

ICF Pathway  – CPC Certificate of Completion – Total 70 hours

CERTIFICATION:

Upon completing the BCA Coach Training Program, students will have the skills and knowledge to become effective, empathetic, and ethically responsible certified coaches. They will receive a certification as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), which recognizes their proficiency in coaching.
