Through Group mentor coaching we leverage the dynamics of collaborative peer learning to enhance skills within a community of practice. This provides students with boarder exposure to different coaching styles and the ability to develop a supportive network.

1. Shared Learning Environment: Group sessions are designed to deepen coaches’ experiential learning by participating in live coaching with observation and discussion. It involves a small group of coaches, facilitated by a mentor coach. Our sessions are often centered on shared topics, such as ethical dilemmas, coaching methodologies, or communication challenges.

2. Structured Framework: Each session may include a combination of: A review of recorded or live coaching demonstrations. ▪ Peer discussions and feedback. ▪ Mentor-led analysis of coaching practices in alignment with professional standards.

3. Peer Feedback: Participants give and receive constructive feedback, fostering mutual growth and diverse perspectives. Encourages collective problem-solving and shared insights.

4. Interactive Practice: Coaches practice skills in real-time with peers and receive mentor feedback on their approach and techniques. Provides exposure to varying coaching styles and scenarios.

5. Building Community: Students develop a network of supportive peers who can continue to share resources, ideas, and experiences beyond the formal process. Both our individual and group coaching processes are essential to developing coaches’ skills and to ensure that we provide a comprehensive framework for professional growth and mastery.
