Mentor coaching is a collaborative process where coaches receive feedback based on observed sessions to refine their skills and style in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
Our mentor coaching is a structured process that is designed to enhance coaches’ skills, self-awareness, and alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies. We provide both individual coaching (3-hours) and group coaching (7-hours).
Individual Mentor Coaching (3-hours): Our individual mentor coaching provides a personalized and in-depth approach to skill development, which also includes tailored feedback and greater opportunity for vulnerability.
Group Mentor Coaching (7- hours) Through Group mentor coaching we leverage the dynamics of collaborative peer learning to enhance skills within a community of practice. This provides students with boarder exposure to different coaching styles and the ability to develop a supportive network.
